1. What data we process

Account data

• email and password (stored encrypted);
• your workspace address (a subdomain such as yourname.juracrm.com);
• workspace settings: interface language, selected plan.

Data you enter into the CRM

• your clients' leads and contacts (name, phone, email);
• tasks, reminders, and interaction history with clients;
• correspondence with JuraCRM support.

Technical data

• IP address, event and error logs;
• browser/device data, cookies required for session and authentication.

2. Purpose of processing

• providing the service's features: workspace registration, leads, contacts, and tasks;
• account security and abuse prevention;
• user support and compliance with legal requirements.

3. Data transfer

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) necessary to operate the service, or as required by law.

4. Storage and security

Passwords are stored encrypted. Your workspace data is kept for as long as you use the service, or until you request its deletion.
